Gerard RANCINAN (b. 1953), "Et tout recommencercera", Paris, France, 2015. Photography. Color print mounted under vintage Plexiglass. Edition of 8 copies and 4 framed editions. 125 x 208 cm. Photograph made at the request of the President of Cop21, Laurent Fabius Minister of Foreign Affairs, to be the symbolic image of what our societies represent in the face of the current climate problem. It was shot in 19 m width and exposed at the entrance of the plenary hall where more than 170 Heads of State were present. Laurent Fabius began his inaugural speech by explaining this photograph. A certificate of authenticity from the artist will be given to the buyer.
